According to the latest Workthing E-Recruitment Study, 47% of UK recruiters intend to invest more of their
recruitment spend online. If you already have the front end careers site and ads on jobs boards, then a full online system that
allows you to accept online application forms, screen candidates, mine talent and handle response is the next logical step. But how
to pick the best supplier from the increasing array on offer?

The word from Workthing
"The temptation when choosing a recruitment system is to work 'outside in' - to be swayed by the new features or look and feel of potential suppliers.
Best buyer practice, however, is to work 'inside out' ie to start with your company's specific recruitment needs (see first things first). Of course, all worth-their-salt suppliers
should offer the basic hygiene factors eg usability, multi-user capacity, bulk processing and flexibility, while a new function to watch out for is candidate tracking. Then, your
recruitment needs met, it'll come down to a question of culture ... and/or cost?"
