Recruitment management system (RMS)

The RMS is seamlessly linked to the corporate career portal; this is the recruiter facing side of the solution. From scheduling interviews to campaign evaluation, we have the experience, expertise and resources to maximise the return on your online recruitment investment. Design & publish 'display' advertisements
You can publish vacancies instantly to your site, adapting examples from your own library of fully-designed advertisements via a simple form. You can also publish to your intranet or extranet.

Standard & bespoke application forms
Applicants complete the standard application form when applying for specific vacancies, or when making a speculative application. The form can be customised to meet your requirements, by adding bespoke questions. The forms are designed to capture consistent application data that can be compared and contrasted during the selection process.

Response tracking
At-a-glance reporting tells you how many times each advert is read, the volume and status of responses to all your vacancies and the number of applicants at each stage of the process from new applications through to hired.

Sorting and sifting response
You can filter out unsuitable candidates on your chosen criteria, including relevant experience, education and location, and also automate a sifting process by building 'killer' questions and tests into your online applications. PeopleBank can advise on ‘killer questions', which will lead to higher quality responses.

Processing applications
You can process applications easily, marking them as rejected or short-listed for the next stage of recruitment. Our interview notes feature allows recruiters to attach comments to applications and exchange these with colleagues.

Scheduling interviews
After the initial filtering has taken place, the interview can be created, the slot booked and the candidate contacted all through your PB system.

Candidate communications
You can respond to candidates quickly and accurately by triggering automatic, personalised email replies. The system also allows a complete audit trail to be created and viewed of all communication to and from candidates. This can include emails, letters, telephone calls and interview notes.

Campaign evaluation & Management information
Our online campaign reports can tell you which online sites are delivering the highest quality and quantity of applicants for the least investment. PeopleBank can also generate standard management information reports on a monthly basis via email; we can also generate custom reports if required.

Data export to HRM systems
With the data export module you can interrogate key data fields held within the system and export to 3rd party systems. This is particularly useful if you want to create personnel files within your own HR information systems.
